Direct Contact Center Operations and Benchmarking Will Be the Focus of an Upcoming ShareGroup Organized by F. Curtis Barry & Company

Richmond, VA (PRWEB) May 4, 2007-- The next Benchmarking ShareGroup to be offered by multichannel operations and fulfillment consulting firm F. Curtis Barry & Company will focus on contact centers and customer service, and will take place on July 30-31, 2007, in East Texas, PA. Learn more by visiting: Contact Center ShareGroup Registration Form.

The Contact Center Benchmarking ShareGroup will be hosted by Day-Timer, Inc., whose 160-seat customer contact center uses a variety of solutions integrated with a legacy in-house order entry system to handle 1.1 million calls and process 300,000 mail orders annually for its planners and other time-management and organizational products. Day-Timer's northeast Pennsylvania location is about 60 mile north of Philadelphia and 90 miles east of New York City.

A highlight of the Contact Center ShareGroup meeting will be a tour of the Day-Timer contact center combined with a detailed operational audit developed through participant analysis of the center's services and functions. F. Curtis Barry & Company will facilitate a review of pertinent operational benchmarking metrics as well as small-group discussions on hot topics chosen by participants themselves. ShareGroups also provide participants a unique opportunity to receive and share benchmark data with their peers in a confidential, non-competitive format. More informally, the ShareGroup will offer extensive networking opportunities among direct contact center management professionals.

Participation Eligibility
Members of the 2007 Contact Center ShareGroup should own their own direct contact center operation, have annual sales in excess of $10 million, and be willing to share contact center costs and metrics on an open basis with other ShareGroup members. Participants must also be able to collect operational information and submit a company profile and operational information to F. Curtis Barry & Company by July 20, 2007.

The Contact Center Benchmarking ShareGroup provides an ideal learning forum for vice presidents of operations, contact center directors/managers, contact center leads and managers--customer service managers, for example--and others responsible for day-to-day operations of the DTC operations of the company's contact center.

Registration Information
The fee for the Contact Center Benchmarking ShareGroup is $995 for one person and $400 for each additional participant from the same company. Registration fees include breakfast and lunch Monday and Tuesday, bus transportation from the hotel to the Day-Timer contact center, a conference resource binder, a Monday night cocktail party, and conference room rental.

ShareGroup participants are eligible for a special room rate of $139/night at the conference hotel, the historic Hotel Bethlehem, (610) 625-5000.
